2.0-2.5kg per ton of molten aluminum.

Usage:

Remove slag and adjust the temperature of molten aluminum to 690-750 ℃.

Put the required amount of powder into the powder sprayer, open the nitrogen gas valve, and then open the switch of the powder sprayer. After the powder is ejected from the powder pipe, it can be inserted into the molten aluminum for refining. It can also be placed in the clock and directly pressed into the molten aluminum for stirring.

be careful:

Nitrogen purity should be greater than 99.99% and not less than 99.9%, otherwise it is difficult to fully display the advantages of powder injection refining.
