effect:

Magnesium, as an impurity in aluminum alloy, has a very harmful effect on its mechanical properties. At the same time of removing magnesium, magnesium remover can also remove hydrogen and oxide inclusions in aluminum melt, so as to achieve the purpose of purifying aluminum melt.

Usage rules:

Addition amount: 0.15% of the magnesium content in the melt can be removed by adding 1% of the magnesium removal agent by weight of the aluminum melt. The spraying of magnesium removal agent should be carried out in two steps: spraying 50% first, then removing slag, and then

Spray the remaining 50%. Before spraying, turn off the burner. During the spraying process, ensure that the magnesium remover is in full contact with all parts of the melt.

Before spraying, the melt temperature shall be raised to more than 720 ℃. After spraying, it shall be heated for several minutes,

Return the temperature to 710-725 ℃.

After spraying, remove the slag, and take samples from three parts to analyze the Mg content.
